Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except in the following cases:
• The product is damaged during delivery
• The product received is incorrect or defective
If you face any of these issues, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
